Join us for a practical workshop on the importance of reflective practice. Learn how it can help you develop future goals, and find solutions to problems as we look forward to 2023.
Thursday 1st December
5:30pm – 7:00pm
Online via Zoom
As 2022 draws to an end and we start thinking about 2023, it’s important to reflect and look back on the year, before we start to look forward.
Reflective practice encourages us to explore our own beliefs and assumptions to find solutions to problems, bridging the gap between theory and practice.
This practical workshop will start by setting the scene and introducing you to reflective models, before we go into some of the tools and practices that you can use, and give you the opportunity to apply these to your contexts.
You’ll come away with some clear goal setting and reflective techniques that you will be able to implement into your life and your work.
