Frequently asked questions

How does the booking system work?
  1. Start by choosing either ‘Workshops’ (one hour classes), ‘Courses’ (5 x1hr classes over a 5 week period, or school holiday 5 day camps), or ‘Day Camps’ (individual, full-day camps over the weekend, or during school holidays). This will filter your options for the duration of class you are looking for.
  2. In the drop down category menu you can select the subject area you prefer
  3. Further filtering can be selected in the ‘workshop’ dropdown option.
  4. Please select the date in the ‘pick a date’ area if you are looking to book for a specific day or period eg. Advance school holiday bookings.

You can book multiple children into the same class and enter each of their names.  However, if you want to book another child into a different class then you will need to overtype the previously entered child’s name.  All names entered will be captured and these will be shown in your email booking confirmation.  If you have any doubts that your booking is clear, please make a note in the “Things we should know” box once you have selected “Check Out”.

Please note that if you book for one child and then they are unable to attend you are welcome to provide the ticket to another child providing they are of the appropriate age. You can notify us of any name change when you arrive to check in with your child.
